For school bonds passed pursuant to Article XIII A, Section 1(b)(3) of the california construction, which allows 55% majority to pass the bond, the Bridgeville School District's ("District") Board of Education ("Board") is required by section 15278 of the California Education Code to appoint an independent citizens' bond oversite committee ("Committee"). Pursuant to section 15282 of the Education code, the Committee must have atleast seven (7) members and represent specific segments of the community.
